Transparency. Before accepting an engagement, we both provide and request full disclosure in order to identify any potential conflicts of interest or other circumstances that may make it inappropriate for us to act. The same level of transparency applies to our hourly and fixed fees.

Craftsmanship. We provide each of our clients with a tailor-made service, designed around the specific and unique needs of each business or public authority. Every matter is structured according to its subjective and objective characteristics, leading us to favor a tailor-made approach over standardized and automated solutions.

Expertise and Quality. Our professionals have pursued rigorous, high-quality training, including academic careers, postgraduate degrees, Ph.D.s, and advanced professional courses. We believe in the value of continuous learning: quality is the Firm’s foremost 

Solidarity. We are part of a broader community and seek to contribute to the needs of those who are less fortunate. A portion of our revenue is allocated to social and environmental initiatives, in particular to the purchase of medical equipment for the Gaslini Children’s Hospital in Genoa. We also provide pro bono assistance to certain Clients and participate in free educational initiatives aimed at sharing the values and knowledge we bring to our work.

Sustainability and ESG. Sustainable development must translate into concrete action, not just words. We have organized conferences, authored books, and delivered training on sustainable development. We believe that everyone involved in the economy has a responsibility to make the greatest possible contribution. We are committed to doing our part.

• Environment. We have reduced our CO₂ emissions and carbon footprint by eliminating, wherever possible, the use of plastic, significantly reducing paper consumption, favoring rail travel over car and air travel, and implementing a rigorous reuse and recycling policy.
• Social Responsibility. We support young women lawyers who are mothers and young men lawyers who are fathers in balancing parenthood with their professional careers. For many years, women lawyers have made up the majority of our team. We welcome everyone, regardless of ethnicity, social background, sexual orientation, or cultural background. A good lawyer is a good lawyer.
