The Firm has established a dedicated “Invest in Italy” Focus Team to assist international clients seeking to invest in Italy.

The Focus Team primarily advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and investment funds interested in pursuing real estate transactions and private market investments.

Depending on the nature and objectives of the proposed investment, a bespoke multidisciplinary team is assembled to support the client throughout every phase of the transaction and to address all matters connected with the deal. Where required, the team may be complemented by highly qualified non-legal professionals, including architects, tax advisers, accountants, engineers, and other specialists whose expertise is relevant to the successful execution of the investment.

The Firm has developed a significant track record in high-end real estate transactions involving some of Italy’s most prestigious locations, including the Italian Riviera, Lake Como, Lake Garda, and the Alpine regions, as well as in the acquisition of industrial, hospitality, sports-related companies, and luxury yachts.

The Focus Team is headed by Rosa Parmose, an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the New York Bar. Rosa, who holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from University of Michigan, spent several years practicing within the U.S. team of one of the world’s leading international law firms, working in its New York, London and Milan offices. Her experience enables her to bridge U.S. and Italian legal and business cultures, providing international investors with sophisticated and commercially focused advice throughout the investment process.
