We specialize in Italian administrative law, with a particular focus on economic regulation. We advise both businesses and public entities on complex matters.

Our team brings together a high level of expertise, built on academic studies, postgraduate and advanced professional training, as well as extensive practical experience gained within both private companies and public authorities. This enables us to understand and speak the language of both businesses and public institutions.

Advisory.

We provide high-level advice across all areas of administrative law governing economic activity. We assist businesses in both day-to-day operations and strategic transactions, advising on their dealings with public authorities and helping them minimize the risk of disputes. We also provide ongoing advice to national trade associations, companies and corporate groups, including listed companies.
We advise public authorities and state-owned companies on a wide range of planning and development matters, as well as on public procurement, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and other competitive selection procedures.

Litigation.

We have extensive, well-established experience representing clients before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), the Council of State (Consiglio di Stato) and the Court of Auditors (Corte dei Conti), as well as before the higher courts and independent regulatory authorities.

Arbitration.

We serve as chairs and arbitrators in arbitration proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution. We have also developed significant experience as members of Technical Advisory Boards (Collegi Consultivi Tecnici – CCT) established under the Italian Public Contracts Code.
