We also have extensive experience representing clients in litigation before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Council of State.
In recent years, we have developed significant expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
We have also advised on major national projects relating to energy transmission and storage, including the “Asta Madre” procedures conducted by the national electricity transmission system operator.
