Full Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at Roma Tre University in Rome. Visiting professor in European and American Universities, Luca has written monographies on criminal justice and more than one hundred scientific papers, published in foreign journals and international volumes. He is member of Steering Committees of Italian and foreign journals. He is also co-editor of three editorial series.

He is President and member of Supervisory Bodies of primary Italian companies, including state-owned companies. He works as legal advisor for many multinational enterprises and global players operating in Italy, with regard to criminal economic law and criminal compliance matters.
