The logo of the Cuocolo law firm was conceived and created by Maestro Eugenio Carmi (1920-2016), who was one of the greatest Italian abstract painters.

He has exhibited at the Venice Biennale and in the most important world-wide museums. Born as a graphic designer, he created the logos and took care of the image of leading industrial groups.
Carmi was born in Genoa and carried out much of his artistic career in Milan, while maintaining solid roots in his hometown. For this element of commonality as well as for his established equal presence in Genoa and in Milan, the Firm chose to turn to him for the new logo. For the same reasons, the Master agreed to make it happen.
Eugenio Carmi died in 2016, a day before his ninety-sixth birthday. The logo of the Cuocolo law firm is one of the last works he performed.
