ALESSANDRO CANDIDO is an Attorney admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and the higher courts and an Associate Professor of Constitutional and Public Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca.

  • Previously conducted teaching and research activities at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Milan and Piacenza campuses), the University of Milan, and the University of Florence.
  • In 2018, he obtained the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor.
  • He serves on the scientific and editorial boards of leading Italian legal journals and participates in research projects on regional autonomy, market regulation, and social rights.
  • In 2025, he was appointed by the Minister for Disabilities as an expert for the implementation of the disability reform.
  • He regularly provides specialist training for judges, attorneys, and public officials, including at the Italian School for the Judiciary (Scuola Superiore della Magistratura).
